We all have skeletons in our closets (things we're ashamed of, embarrassed about, things we want to bury and act like they never happened). If you think you don't have any skeletons, I can guarantee you that someone close to you does. Our skeletons are disgusting, but how we deal with them shapes our view and walk in life. They may lead you to think you're a fraud or that you are better than you are. This episode looks at someone who became an expert at dealing with skeletons and will show the importance of having some go-to anthems to turn to.
